| Now China is gradually becoming a world shipbuilding country,and its influence in the field of shipbuilding is becoming more and more powerful,but compared with Japan and South Korea,China’s shipbuilding traditional competitors,China’s shipbuilding level is still in a backward position.Today’s society has entered the information age,information technology has infiltrated into thousands of families,constantly affecting people’s daily life and work,and shipbuilding is also the case.The production technology level and management system of shipbuilding industry in China are gradually separated from the traditional industrial era dominated by manpower and machinery.The degree of application of shipbuilding industry to information engineering will directly affect whether the comprehensive level of shipbuilding industry in China can exceed that of Korea and other shipbuilding powers.Based on Information Engineering,it is urgent to speed up the informatization construction of shipbuilding enterprises in China.At present,the ship design software TRIBON used by many shipyards in China has a powerful three-dimensional ship design system,and it can complete the data exchange between different modules in a single system.However,in a time when the software is increasing,users are not satisfied with the exchange of data between the internal modules of the system,and often need to carry out data transfer between different architecture systems.However,the internal database system of TRIBON is very closed and lacks the interface with common databases,making it not conducive to the two development.As far as the current situation is concerned,this defect of the TRIBON system is undoubtedly fatal.Therefore,it is imperative to carry out data exchange technology between TRIBON system and other architecture systems.In this context,this paper studies the reconstruction and application of TRIBON model information database.Through the research on the TRIBON system database structure and the model information storage mode,the TRIBON model information is extracted based on the TRIBON two development technology,and the Access database is used as the platform to establish the intermediate database as the link between the TRIBON system and the other architecture system.In order to verify the feasibility of the intermediate database,this paper uses the intermediate database to reconstruct the TRIBON model in the 3D modeling platform OPENGL.Ship completion inspection is an important process of ship manufacturing,which is related to whether the piecewise closure is successful or not,and whether the accuracy of subsection construction is up to standard.The design of ship completion checklist has been done manually by CAD software,and the efficiency is not high.In this paper,using the intermediate database of TRIBON model information,the automatic design program of ship completion detection meter is developed to screen the data of the feature board.The completion detection table can be automatically generated in the CAD software,and the efficiency of the drawing is greatly improved while the human capital is reduced. |
