Study On Nursing Assistant Design Of Ward Infusion Process Based On Service Design And QFD

With the continuous improvement of the level of China’s economic and the popularity of Internet plus application,auxiliary medical appliance and mobile medical industry usher in a new development opportunity for diversification.However,the growing demand for medical services leads to the imbalance between supply and demand of medical resources,the doctorpatient contradiction problem is becoming increasingly fierce,promote the medical institutions of the nursing process optimization and further expand its medical services sector.Based on this,this paper combined with the service design and Quality Function Deployment(QFD)to study the transfusion nursing aided design theory,in order to improve the medical workers in the medical service appropriate to reduce the burden of work at the same time.Provide better,faster,and more economical services to patients with more predictable,participatory and safe care and care.In this paper,the system planning of various factors for ward infusion nursing process,in the design stage collected a large number of the needs of patients,according to the analysis of existing theory and reality will be the needs of patients were classified,and combined with the characteristics of the needs of patients to choose the corresponding analysis method.On the one hand,using the QFD method were professional demand projections for technical elements of transfusion nursing process,and through the construction of transfusion nursing process of house of quality(HOQ)methods to analyze the weight of the technical factors,which will further infusion technology elements and the function of the auxiliary system for ward corresponding,guide the design of the ward infusion auxiliary system to a large extent,reduce the possibility of misoperation caused by medical accidents;on the other hand,according to the theory of service design in depth interview and journey map in-depth discussions on the patient’s communication needs,and design of information system for medical ward infusion,patients experience a lift,is of great practical the value in medical care.The main innovation of this paper lies in:Firstly,the demand of patients was divided,and the design process of transfusion care for the whole ward was also guided.This method of analysis makes up for the shortcomings of the traditional analysis oriented,and respects the professionalism of the medical staff while taking into account the patient’s experience in the hospital.Secondly,combining the method of service design with QFD theory,and applied to the supporting design of ward infusion care,and the applicable theory is chosen according to the actual situation,which provides a certain reference value for similar research.Thirdly,designed the ward infusion supporting system and the ward infusion information system,which improved the medical security in practical application,and also brought more pleasant experience for the patients when it was convenient for the nurses.
