With the continuous expansion of the city,the residents of the separation of serious,increasing travel demand.But due to lack of public transport service capacity,and the lack of personalized traffic and intensive transport convenient transfer space,resulting in rapid growth in car traffic.The problem of traffic congestion is getting worse.In this context,this paper puts forward a new idea of "compact layout + intensive bus + effective 'P + R'" to manage traffic congestion and develop public transport system.That is,relying on individual traffic to solve the basic travel of sparse areas,and into the central area through the parking transfer "subway + bus" transfer mode to complete.So as to enhance the attractiveness of the public transport system,to provide satisfactory,dignified,comfortable bus travel services,to achieve the goal of developing high-quality public transport.In this paper,several key problems are discussed in the microcirculation bus system.Including the comparison of the microcirculation service standards in sparse areas and intensive areas,the construction of microcirculation bus line evaluation index system,the construction of microcirculation bus scheduling model,and so on.The main work as follows:First of all,this paper takes the microcirculation bus as the research object,analyzes the essential reasons of the change of urban residents' travel demand,and discusses the main problems faced by the current public sector,and draws that the sustainable public transport that is a quality public transport services is developed to attract the car travel.Secondly,the sustainable development of microcirculation bus services were discussed,including the compact layout of city and the microcirculation service standard of sparse area and intensive area.This paper analyzes the function,location and setting of microcirculation bus,as well as the traffic characteristics of service area and the difference from conventional bus,which laid the foundation for the follow-up evaluation index system and the construction of vehicle scheduling model.Then,it builds a more realistic evaluation system of bus lines.Taking the microcirculation bus in Guangzhou as an example,this paper introduces the social benefits brought by the microcirculation line and the main problems.It is pointed out that the evaluation standard of the current evaluation system is low and not suitable for the evaluation of the microcirculation bus service in the urban area.The urban structure and traffic structure are combined to consider the factors such as population density,economic output value per unit area and the functional orientation of microcirculation bus lines,and construct a more realistic evaluation index system.Finally,a microcirculation bus scheduling model is constructed and a case study is carried out.In contrast to the level of car service,the perception of passenger congestion and vehicle instability is established to reflect the comfort of the passenger.Taking into account the bus transport business allocation of vehicle resources,passenger demand,passenger comfort and access to the subway,the total social benefits that the passenger travel costs and business operating costs as the goal,to build a sparse areas and intensive areas of different vehicle scheduling models under the choice.And this paper performs reliability analysis and case study.
