Research On Evaluation Index System And Method Of Urban Intelligent Public Transportation

With the intensification of development and urbanization, the demand fortransport has increased rapidly.Transportation has become the basic elements ofmodern cities play an increasingly important role in ensuring the normal operation ofthe social economy and daily life. At the same time, the resulting traffic problems ofurban traffic congestion, traffic accidents, air pollution is becoming increasinglyprominent. Theory research and practice confirm that the development andimplementation of intelligent public transport system is an effective solution to thefundamental way of urban transport problems.Intelligent public transportation system(APTS) is a core research areas ofintelligent transportation systems（ITS）, the theory is the basic theory of intelligenttransport systems.APTS is the main transit vehicle dynamic control,real-timescheduling,scientific management and other functions,ant thus to improve the levelof transit service.In this thesis, The thesis descibed the characteristics of the intelligent publicbasised of from the level of service, enterprises’ economic and social benefits ofurban intelligent bus, Evaluation Index System and evaluation method.these threeaspects of the evaluation index system for urban intelligent public transport, usingthe analytic hierarchy process to determine the index weight, the use of theExtension Element determine the correlation funcyion, a combination of the analytichierarchy process and extension matter element analysis urban intelligent publictransport evaluation model.for example, Guangzhou City bus case evaluation.This thesis establishes the appraisal method and the model which has certainguiding significance and application value to perfect our city intelligent publictraffic system evaluation theory system, and promote our country city intelligentpublic traffic development.
