| At present,the power supply used in the on-line monitoring device of transmission line is usually based on the form of flat plate solar power.However,this structure has the disadvantages of low light energy and space utilization rate,poor ability to resist wind and rain.At present,there are three factors that affect the efficiency of solar energy generation mainly focusing on environment such as light,temperature,typhoons,rain and so on,materials such as monocrystalline silicon,polycrystalline silicon and new semiconductor and polymer materials;and technologies including the maximum power point tracking technology and structural design technology.Therefore,this paper proposes a self-learning maximum power tracking method based on weak light power generation and the cylinder type solar power supply structure to solve the problem of flat plate type solar power generation.Theoretical analysis,experimental comparison and simulations in this paper prove that the proposed maximum power tracking method can greatly improve the efficiency of solar power generation;in addition,with the cylindrical solar power structure as the research object,this paper realizes the solar power structure design,manufacture,testing and test research.Firstly,the influence of environmental factors on solar power supply is analyzed,and the functional requirements of solar power supply with high-usage solar energy and space,wind resistance,anti-rain are put forward.Besides,the theoretical analysis and experimental research based on solar panels work characteristics,find that the relationship between output power and output voltage of the solar panel shows a single peak characteristic,namely in certain environmental conditions,the maximum output power of the solar panel can be achieved by control.Based on this,a self-learning maximum power tracking algorithm is proposed to maximize the output power of solar energy.Experimental and simulation results prove the correctness of the method.Furthermore,comparing with traditional perturbation observation method and conductance increment method,the maximum power will be recorded and be tracked exactly by the proposed method when the solar panel reaches the maximum power,which improves tracking speed greatly.Secondly,the contrast test of the plate solar energy with and without maximum power tracking control has been carried out,which shows that the difference between the output current of the solar panel with and without power tracking function is greater than zero,that is to say,the power generation efficiency of the former is higher and the power generation time is longer than that of the latter.Besides,it is found that the current difference is positively correlated with the light intensity at noon while it is negatively at sunset,which indicates that the light intensity has an influence on the generating efficiency.At the same time,the allweather test of solar film with power tracking function has been performed,which indicates that the device equipped with the proposed self-learning maximum power tracking method based on weak light power generation can achieve all-weather power generation.At last,testing cylindrical solar power supply device in low light,shows that based on the actual installation position of the transmission tower,the design of the cylindrical solar power supply device improve power relatively significant under the condition of bad condition. |
