Provincial Power Transmission Equipment On-line Monitoring System Design And Implementation

On-line Monitoring System for power transmission and transformation line in the deployment of State Grid Corporation of unified strong smart grid construction work is listed as smart grid construction of the pilot project,will play an important role in optimizing the allocation of the electric energy of the process will,for energy,transportation and social economic development provides an important support,at the same time,it is also a sign of progress of smart grid to building.On the basis of studying and drawing lessons from domestic and foreign related research,this article study and analysis the characteristics of monitoring data transmission line condition monitoring equipment,Condition information Acquisition Controller,Condition information Acquisition Gateway and streaming media server and video capture device for video and image monitoring.According to the actual situation to take optimal scheme for system design and implementation,and the system security protective layering way,to ensure the security and stability of the system.This paper in terms of system design(architecture design,information coding design,system security design)principle,software and hardware configuration,function module and security of the system implementation are outlined in detail,relying on electric power production management information system(PMS)to study the On-line Monitoring System.The system design specification of all kinds of power transmission and transformation equipment state monitoring data access,through a variety of sensor technology,wide area communication technology and information processing technology implementation of all kinds of power transmission and transformation equipment operation state real-time sensing,monitoring,early warning and analysis diagnosis and evaluate predictive and provide data for other applications,power transmission and transformation equipment state comprehensive monitoring and operation management,and ultimately to the establishment of On-line Monitoring System and system will be put into implementation and operation,further improve in the practice.
