With the rapid development of China’s economic and social and the development of the rural education system reform,rural education career more and more importance by the state and society;At the same time,in recent years,with the rapid advance of urbanization process and the "removal" junior high work in full swing,the rapid expansion caused township middle school education,in addition to the new campus construction,retrofit of old campus gradually become one of the villages and towns school construction development mode;Guangdong region because of its economic condition,the particularity of regional culture and climate environment,upgrading existing township middle school construction also present the unique regional differences.Based on the above research background,this paper township middle school in guangdong area as the research object,through the analysis of the research about the present situation of the local township middle school,combined with the actual project cases,for the renewal and transformation of east guangdong township middle school research and discusses the design principle and design method.First of all,this article from our country villages and towns middle school campus upgrading research of related theory background,the development high school campus construction in our country and problems at present stage,discusses necessity and feasibility of the renewal and transformation of our country villages and towns middle school.Through the analysis of the current our country general influence factors of the renewal and transformation of villages and towns school clear township middle school upgrading the background of reality.Second,the township middle school in guangdong area are sufficient data analysis and field investigation,understand the using situation of local high school campus.Economic conditions in guangdong area,regional background of regional culture,geography,climate,impact of the construction of the township middle school as the clue,through investigation and case comparison,analysis,summed up the township middle school in guangdong therenewal and transformation of construction characteristics and the existing problems.Finally,based on the above research results,draw lessons from the relevant construction,low cost of mountainous architecture design,regional architecture design theory,put forward township middle school in guangdong retrofit design of the four aspects of the design principle,pay attention to the cost-benefit principle,the principle of organic whole,to adapt to the principle of natural climate,respect for the principle of regional culture.Then in view of the various principles,combined with the upgrading of the actual cases and practices involved in projects,from a focus on cost efficiency,integration of old and new campus,to adapt to the natural climate,four different angles reflect regional culture,sums up the upgrading of the specific design method,for upgrading the local township middle school has a certain feasibility of guidance and reference.
