This study is based on the premise that China’s compulsory education is based on the educational policy of "all-round development of moral,intellectual,physical,social and aesthetic development" and the macro policy direction of "educating people through beauty and culture".Since the 18 th National Congress,the Party and the State have attached great importance to aesthetic education and emphasized the important role of aesthetic education on campus.Secondary education is an important way of quality education for young people,an important guarantee for the continuous development of the country and a source of motivation for the continuous progress of society,and it is the social function of secondary schools to guide the physical and mental health and comprehensive development of young people.The development of the socialist stage and the changes in educational policies have led to changes in the needs of the nation in the new era.Specifically in the field of secondary school campus construction,after nearly two decades of rapid development at the end of the last century and the beginning of this century,the current era of secondary school campus construction and related theoretical research has shifted more from an emphasis on "function" to a focus on "quality".The changing needs of the new era and the continuous improvement of the current theoretical research make some of the campuses built in the early twentieth century face the dilemma of unclear cultural image,and the utilitarian mentality under the market competition in the current era background makes the campuses seriously empirical in the renewal construction.Therefore,this paper attempts to study the connotation of campus space from the demand for material resources under the policy of "aesthetic education" in the context of policy guidelines and contemporary background.In other words,the policy of "aesthetic education" is used as a guide to explore the relationship between aesthetic education and secondary school campus space,so as to propose strategies and methods for the renewal of secondary school campus,and to integrate aesthetic education into the study of the renewal of campus space.By using research methods such as literature review,field research,categorization and summarization,case study analysis,and practical verification,we explore the representation,essence,cultural connotation and other constraints of campus space,starting from the analysis of the constraints of the connotation of aesthetic education on the renewal of secondary school campus space.The main contents and basic conclusions of this study are mainly reflected in the following aspects.Firstly,the theoretical basis of the study of the idea of aesthetic education in the context of secondary school development and aesthetic education policy is sorted out,focusing on the basic theoretical contents such as the concept of development,research direction,content and structure,and the current problems of the existing secondary school in the context of aesthetic education policy and the contemporary context are analyzed.Taking the educational policy under the policy of aesthetic education as the guiding basis,we propose to take aesthetic education as the perspective and the form of campus space as the carrier,and propose the renewal strategy of the campus in line with the current needs of the times through several aspects such as visual image,emotional interest and cultural transmission,in order to achieve the role of environmental education.Next,following the above theoretical analysis and strategies,we focus on the influential factors that promote the presentation of aesthetic education in the campus space itself as well as the internal logic and specific methods for the coordinated development and transmission of aesthetic education and campus space.The research believes that aesthetic education itself contains unique factors that promote and influence the presentation of campus space,mainly in terms of visuality,spirituality,contextuality,inheritance and continuity.Thirdly,by using the method of practical research,Chongqing Hongfan Junior High School is used as a practical case,and the internal logic of mutual influence and promotion between aesthetic education and campus space image shaping is experimentally verified through practical case application research for the methodological analysis of campus space renewal under the perspective of aesthetic education.Fourth,to summarize the above analysis,it is important to respond to the call of society and the needs of the times for the awakening of campus aesthetic education,and to further clarify the promotion and influence of aesthetic education and the design of campus space renewal.Accordingly,it explores and proposes countermeasures related to promoting the development of secondary school campus constructs with campus space aesthetic education in order to enhance the physical and mental health development of adolescents.It is believed that the development law of campus education should be followed and a campus spatial environment adapted to the development of society and the times should be built to help achieve rational change and harmonious development of secondary school campuses.
