Research On The Design Of Traditional Bungalow-themed Boutique Hotel In Lijiang And Dali,Yunnan Province

In today's architectural design field,the way of inheriting local regional characteristic through building is increasingly important.As an important part of regional culture,the regional characteristics of traditional residential houses should be excavated and inherited.The boutique hotel,as a characterization of contemporary material life of the great abundance of new building types,have similar points of convergence with traditional houses in functional properties aspect.In the real world,the phenomenon through learning traditional houses to build hotels' own themes has become increasingly normal.Therefore,the domestic boutique hotel in the design of how to inherit the traditional residential areas of the internal genes has made theoretical exploration,and has made some achievements.However,there are still some unavoidable problems in the design practice.This article aims to regard some of the existing domestic learning from traditional local houses as the theme of modern boutique hotel culture as a research object.Through the actual research,comparative analysis of the case,summed up,and then to discuss and make comments of this type of architectural heritage of regional cultural characteristics of the various methods and strategies.Hope that the future of the design of such buildings play a reference role.This paper is divided into five parts.The first part is the introduction of the problem part,mainly on the overall content of the study,including the research background,purpose,meaning,object,content,as well as domestic and foreign research status.The second part is the analysis of the problem part,mainly the second and the third chapter of the paper,Chapter 2 describes the definition,characteristics,history and development of boutique hotels with traditional dwellings and their classification methods.In the third chapter,the courtyard-style traditional houses in Lijiang and Dali of Yunnan province are divided into several interrelated areas to analyze and summarize the regional elements.The third part is to solve the problem part,thefourth chapter of the paper,which based on the elements summarized in chapter three,summarizes the methods and principles of the traditional residential theme-type boutique hotels in terms of corresponding parts.And combined with the excellent cases around the world for a brief description.The fourth part through the analysis of the typical case to the third part of the principle of verification,corresponding to the fifth chapter of the paper.The fifth part summarizes the development trend of this kind of hotel and looks into the future.
