The Study On The Dispute Prevention And Solution Of Construction Costs On The Basis Of Contract Documents

With the rapid development of Chinese economy,the construction market continues to expand,meanwhile,the number of disputed related to construction presents an ascending trend.Construction disputes are mainly caused by construction cost dispute,and those caused by other reasons will mostly boil down to the compensation for construction cost.Therefore,how to reduce and prevent construction cost dispute and how to handle the dispute are always the significant project of the study on stewardship.Through specific statistics and case studies,the thesis analyzes causes and severity of construction cost disputes and the relation between contract documents and them.Then,it also elaborates the importance of contract documents for the prevention and solution of construction cost disputes.Meanwhile,it studies effective ways of preventing and handling construction cost disputes during the process of constructing and executing contract documents and finally it discusses the approaches and strategies of contract cost disputes in the framework of a contract.It has certain reference meanings for construction project parties to safeguard their own legitimate rights and interests and to improve cost management level,on the basis of which,it advances the idea that people should construct construction contract and implement network monitor through EITS platform,which offers a certain reference for CSBTS to strengthen the regulation of the contract construction and performance,implement price regulation,maintain construction market order and to promote the healthy development of construction.
