Gansu is a multiracial province with 17 different nationalities.Gansu local residential building is not only a media of multiracial culture,but also real living space.Loess-based green building as an important form of residential buildings in Gansu,Nowadays Gansu has many different Adobe-buildings in undeveloped areas,backward areas of traffic there are more new building.At present,due to the traditional loess-based biomechanical properties of poor mechanical bottlenecks,which is gradually being replaced by solid clay brick.On the other hand,in some developed countries and regions,raw soil material are increasingly used in the foundation treatment,potholes backfill and slope reinforcement and other projects,some fields of the performance requirements of raw materials are also increasingly high.It can improve quality of Raw Soil Material with technical process and modified property.It is significant that Raw Soil Material would be utilized all kinds of engineering and extend it's service life.In this paper,under the conditions of normal temperature and pressure,the raw material brick was prepared by adding the lime,water glass,fine sand and straw and other modified materials with vibrating and pressing.And the main application performance of the material is deduced and experimentally studied.The results show that the appropriate influencing factors and the horizontal range are based on the experience of the previous research.The multivariate nonlinear regression analysis is used to analyze the influencing factors of the raw material,and the regression equation and optimal mix ratio of a performance index.To arrange subsequent tests to verify the reliability and accuracy of the regression equation.The influence of the composition of the raw brick and its chemical reaction on the performance index was also studied.Some improvement measures were put forward to enhance the mechanical properties,thermal performance and durability of the raw material.Through experimental studies,1)The effect of molding process on the performance of raw material is significant.Control the moisture content of 22% can effectively improve the test piece of the mold release effect,the use of vibration combined with the compression molding method can effectively control the wet density and density of stones,test block volume stability.2)For mechanical properties,by adding water glass and lime modification,can be combined with the composition of raw materials chemical reaction to produce a kind of zeolite-like gel products and Ca2CO3,to improve the compressive strength of the test block.And the incorporation of the straw fiber and the physical interaction between the particles,but also to improve the mechanical properties of raw materials.3)For the thermal conductivity,the straw in the test block can effectively reduce the thermal conductivity of the raw material.Lime reacts with soil material to produce large amounts of C-S-H gel,enhance material density,improve heat insulation.4)For the durability performance,the modified raw material than the pure raw material in the number of freeze-thaw cycles have increased,and the water resistance is also improved.
