Uneven ground settlement caused by ground fissures has great influence on building structure of various kinds.In engineering,the method of avoidance is usually employed and the avoidance distance is 20 m according to the existing rules and regulations,limiting the the construction scope of high-rise building.Inclined column conversion is a new kind of conversion form.Compared with the common type of beam conversion and thick plate conversion,the vertical stiffness mutation of the upper and lower floors is smaller and the space in transformation layer can be fully used,with the advantage of economical practicability.But studies on this conversion form are not enough and systematic at home and abroad and there are no clear requirements and norms about this form in our country,thus its application in engineering are restricted.Therefore,it is more meaningful to analyze the performance of the frame-shear wall structure with the inclined column in the ground fissures.In order to fully understand the mechanical performance of inclined column transfer structure and find out the way to reduce avoidance distance,this article adopts the finite element analysis software ETBAS,through setting up three different inclined column transfer structures(conversion layers are respectively arranged in the second,third and forth floors).And the analysis is carried out from the following three aspects:(1)the elastic performance analysis;(2)static elastoplastic analysis;(3)different sites(common ground and ground fissure)analysis.It can be concluded from elastic analysis that the period of the structure,the lateral displacement and displacement angle increase with the rise of the position of transformation layer.By means of static elastoplastic analysis,seismic response laws of inclined column transfer structure are revealed in aspects of plastic hinge distribution,ultimate bearing capacity and ductility,etc.under the action of earthquake.Through the contrast of different site conditions,it is found that transformation layer location change is less sensitive to the uneven settlement at the position of the 16 ~ 19 m,controlled by seismic load,while within 16 m,uneven settlement plays a role of controlling and there is relatively large difference of deformation among the transition layers at different positions,demonstrating the possibility of safely decreasing avoidance distance.
