Update of cities,many originally located in the city on the edge of the old industrial buildings of stations has become a city in prime locations,especially since the 1990 s,the speeding up of urbanization,the macroeconomic regulation,in textile,machinery and heavy polluting enterprises and other relevant industry adjustment and merger,halt production or rebuilt,move.This leaves a large number of unused,abandoned or idle factories and warehouses.Most people used to waste plant to take down the reconstruction policies and regulations,and generate a large number of construction waste,in terms of energy saving and economic construction waste on the one hand,waste of resources,environmental pollution,improve the economic costs.On the other hand,from the point of view of history culture,the demolition of the waste industrial buildings is more the destruction of a period of history and culture.In recent years,with the rapid development of China's economy,social and ecological environmental protection consciousness enhancement,in addition to the pursuit of material life,people pay more attention to the pursuit of spiritual life,back to the history of mood and miss,makes old industrial building a increasing need of "the spirit of place".Therefore,the sustainable use of the old industrial buildings is a trend of the future development of the old industrial plants,and it is a big problem that we urgently need to solve.In this paper,starting from the historical background of old industrial buildings,through the analysis of transformation of old industrial building sustainable utilization of factors factors,as well as the sustainability of old industrial buildings at home and abroad and the research status of,related theory,and sustainable use of the modified related examples at home and abroad,analysis summarized at home and abroad about the advantage of the old industrial building sustainability transformation and the deficiencies.Combined with concrete examples and research of the modification of old industrial building sustainable use of the guiding ideology,creative idea,the transformation principle analysis,and according to the present problems existing in the old industrial building sustainable use transformation methods corresponding strategies are put forward.Finally,the strategy method for the sustainable utilization of waste industrial buildings is verified by examples.This paper summarizes the direction of sustainable utilization of waste industrial buildings in the future and the problems of future development.The results show that the sustainability of the old industrial buildings using transformation is a complex engineering involves multi-disciplinary,multi-field,sustainable use of reforming need based on the sustainable development concept,ecological consciousness and understand the importance of building protection in basis.The environmental impact of the old industrial plants will be eliminated by combining the sustainable use with the surrounding environment.We will establish and improve the relevant policies and mechanisms for sustainable use,and make full use of the active role of the government,the public and the market.
