Research On Landscape Design For Reuse Of Waste Industrial Plant In Baoji City

Baoji is a city with a long history and rich cultural heritage.As an old industrial base,with the continuous expansion of the city and enhancement of environmental protection,Baoji City has limited the development of many old factories,and many of them face the situation of being shut down because of environmental issues.Faced with this situation,many factories were unable to continue their operations and were forced to put their original production on hold.On the one hand,they did not match the development pattern of urbanization.On the other hand,it is not conducive to promoting the construction of the urban environment.On the background of the development of the new era,this type of waste industrial plants should be effectively used and retained,which can not only save social resources,but also promote the development of waste factories on this basis.This article aims at emphasizing the landscape value of waste industrial plants and protecting them in a predictable way,and proposing a development model for the reuse of the same type of industrial plants,consulting and organizing a large number of books and materials to summarize relevant domestic and foreign developments.It was mainly carried out a number of investigations on the waste industrial plants located in Shilipu Industrial Zone,Guozhen Industrial Zone,and Caijiapo Industrial Zone.Through the integration and classification of the landscape status quo to find the existing values and challenges,thus the design strategies that is proper for Baoji City for the reuse of the waste industrial plants can be concluded.Taking the No.12 Shaanxi Cotton Factory as a study case,several on-site visits and investigations were conducted.Through talks and communication with the residents around the factory,we learned about the development status quo of it.Based on the land use plan of Baoji City,and according to the current situation of the No.12 Shaanxi Cotton Factory and people's wishes,a reuse design plan for relevant proper needs was proposed.The author adheres to the principle of "emphasizing protection and taking no count of use" to reuse industrial buildings and related equipment in the plant area under the premise of protection.On this basis,the value of such resources can be fully utilized,and to a certain extent the development trend of excessive commercialization can be avoided.This principle can further promote the long-term development of the No.12 Shaanxi Cotton Factory.In the end,the author further analyzed and summarized the reuse model of the No.12 Shaanxi Cotton Factory,hoping to provide assistance for the reuse of relevant waste factories in Baoji City,and positive reference for the protection and reuse of this type of industrial plant areas in the country to further promote the effective use of social resources.
