China's vast territory,mostly mountain,hills and plateaus,remote areas of national defense engineering construction and mountain road construction,heavy rescue task,but because the mountain road is relatively narrow,poor road conditions,resulting in construction machinery transition more difficult,Plays an important role in the construction machinery presents a major challenge,so the development of high mobility flexibility,high through the chassis is particularly urgent.Composite Chassis of Wheel and Crawler was proposed to combine the advantages of wheeled and crawler chassis to ensure that the crawler chassis operation on the slippery surface of the adhesion and strong traction at the same time,while increase the wheeled chassis' mobility auxiliary and its flexibility,which can be adapted to different soil conditions and the need to transition the working environment,reducing the transition time,greatly improving the work efficiency.When the construction machinery works or body rotates,the oscillating cylinders retract driven the tires raising up,in this situation,wheeled chassis does not participate in the operation;when the construction vehicle does not work,the oscillating cylinders extend,driven tires walking,to support vehicle and drive travel.Composite Chassis of Wheel and Crawler solves problem that the current construction machineries which have crawler chassis transitions efficiency is low.Based on the design requirements of the wheel-type composite chassis,the hydraulic system of the wheel-type composite chassis is designed with reference to the hydraulic system of all kinds of construction machinery.The hydraulic system of the wheel-type composite chassis is composed of wheel and crawler Secondly,according to the design of the wheel-type composite chassis hydraulic system and wheel-type composite chassis requirements,the wheel-type composite chassis part of the structural parameters of the calculation and selection;the final use of the use of the hydraulic system AMESim software to model and simulate the hydraulic system,the simulation results for the theoretical design to provide a strong basis.
