The wheel brake system is an extremely critical part of the helicopter and aircraft system.The wheel brake system is related to the helicopter transition and shutdown work.The failure of the wheel brake system will directly lead to the inability of the helicopter to work properly or even the consequences of the machine crash..At present,the braking scheme of the aircraft has all-electric brakes,multi-electric brakes,gasliquid brakes and hydraulic brakes.Since the hydraulic brake scheme has the characteristics of large power density,simple composition,high maturity and good reliability,most of the domestic helicopter brake schemes.Hydraulic brakes are used,but due to the traditional concept of heavy-duty light fixtures in China,most of the airborne hydraulic products are not innovative at present.The development cycle of aviation hydraulic components is slow,the performance is relatively poor,and the weight is relatively large.At present,the world aviation industry is developing rapidly.Only by strengthening the ability of independent innovation and raising the emphasis on supporting basic components can we be in an invincible position in the world's leading aviation powers.Therefore,it is very important for the research and development of key hydraulic components.The meaning.This paper takes the key hydraulic component combination valve and distribution valve in a certain type of helicopter wheel brake system as the research object,and carries out design research work based on AMESim and ANSYS software.Firstly,based on the full understanding of the composition of a certain type of helicopter wheel brake system,according to the functional requirements and technical requirements of the main engine,the structure of the combined valve and the distribution valve is determined,and the structural principle is explained,and then according to the structural principle and parameters,The characteristics of the combined valve and the distribution valve were studied separately.According to the actual structure and working principle,the HCD(Hydraulic Component Design)model of the combined valve and the distribution valve under the liquid control state was established by using the AMESim simulation platform.The working characteristics of the combined valve and the distribution valve were simulated respectively.The key parameters of the function and the influence of the output flow characteristics of the combined valve were analyzed in detail.The proportional characteristics,dynamic response characteristics and overpressure protection function of the brake distribution valve under the hydraulic control state were analyzed in detail.The brake system was simulated for coordinated operation.A liquid filling process was completed and frequent braking simulations were carried out to study the cooperative working characteristics of the combination valve and the distribution valve during the coordinated operation.At the same time,in order to verify the accuracy of the simulation results,the experimental scheme of the combined valve and the distribution valve was designed.Due to the limited experimental conditions,the external characteristics of the combined valve and the distribution valve were verified experimentally.Finally,combined with the large-scale finite element analysis software ANSYS,the modal,structural strength and random vibration environment simulation analysis of two key hydraulic components were carried out.Through the comparison of theory,simulation and experimental results,the results show that the two key hydraulic components in the wheel brake system designed in this paper,the combination valve and the distribution valve,have good working characteristics,the structure is safe and reliable,and compared with the previous product weight.The reduction is obvious.
