This paper is based on Chang’an University independent research and development of equipment-engineering machinery hydraulic chassis simulation test bed,and based on the principles of the analysis system,by using AMESim software and LabVIEW software to build an engineering machinery hydraulic chassis virtual test systems.To simulate and analyze the hydraulic chassis virtual test system under different loading conditions.In order to improve the dynamic performance and provide methods and basis for teaching experiment,the characteristics of hydraulic chassis test system were researched.In this paper the research work is focused on the following aspects:1. The paper analyzes the structure and control principle of hydraulic chassis test system, detailed analyzes engine, hydraulic pumps, hydraulic motors and the parameters matching of system pressure in the hydraulic drive system,as well as established mathematical models of variable adjustment mechanism and the pump-motor system.2.According to the requirements of virtual experimental system,the paper designs man-machine interface of engineering machinery hydraulic chassis virtual experiment system by using LabVIEW software.The man-machine interface includs user login module,experimental project selection module and each experiment module.3.The paper builds the hydraulic chassis drive system simulation model in the AMESim software,and set the parameters of components;Under different loads,this model simulation analysis shows that the response of the hydraulic system is relatively stable,and can reach a steady state quickly.But when changing conditions,it has a certain shock and instability,that it should design a appropriate control strategy.4.The paper uses the PID control to simulate,it can be seen before the system reaches a steady state,the volatility, the adjustment time and overshoot volume are decreased.It shows that PID control effect is better,and it can provide a theoretical basis for the design and research of the hydraulic chassis virtual system.Through the above research,the paper eventually established an integral engineering machinery hydraulic chassis simulation experimental system.The system can facilitate teaching test,and at the same time plays a certain guidance and reference function for the scientific research of engineering machinery hydraulic chassis test.
