In this paper,through the analysis of the performance of the old asphalt mixture and the aging mechanism,the principle of the asphalt regeneration is expounded,and the mixing ratio of the old and the old materials and the amount of the asphalt are determined,and the matching ratio design Program,the final test with the performance of the verification,the results are to meet the requirements.First of all,we first screened,separated and extracted the original asphalt concrete pavement,carried out various indexes to determine the asphalt content,penetration and other indicators,so as to provide a basis for the follow-up of the mix of old and new mix.Based on the study of aging mechanism of asphalt,the process of asphalt regeneration was put forward according to the reverse process.According to the sorting and research of asphalt pavement regeneration technology,the regeneration technology and key process are accorded with this situation.In order to further determine the mixing ratio of new and old materials,the milling of recycled asphalt mixture was sorted and classified,and the parameters of the index were evaluated.We determined the optimum dosage range of asphalt by shear test,and the Vialet Adhesion Test Preferably modified emulsified asphalt.And the road performance indicators of the verification.Tests show that the addition of recycled materials can reduce the proportion of oil use,saving costs.Through the low temperature SCB test,it was found that the low temperature of MS-? grade was much better than MS-? type.And the low temperature performance of the microbetting mixture decreases as the amount of recycled material increases.Through the rut test of Hamburg,the high temperature resistance to rutting increases with the increase of the amount of recycled material,and the peeling slope increases with the increase of RAP,which indicates that the ability of water damage is decreased.Mixed with renewable materials,compared to ordinary micro-surface mixture,pre-cohesion is not as good as the late cohesion will come up,the length is generally more than 90 min,to achieve the road test performance requirements.
