Research Of The Micro-Surfacing In The Highway Tunnel Pavement Repairing

On the results of the complex work environment and special performance requirements of tunnel pavements, but the problem doesn't be cared to apply in practical, lots of tunnel roads do not use special design and still use ordinary cement concrete pavement. Lead to some problems such as skid resistance performance decayed rapidly and lack of smoothness. It affected the life of the tunnel road and service levels seriously.Based on field research, author analyzed the tunnel pavements'working behaviours and damage features and proposed a repairing technology programs in the original concrete road paving micro-surfacing. The experiments of modified emulsified asphalt have been carried out, and the modified emulsified asphalt mix proportion of micro-surfacing mixture which used in tunnel pavements has been proposed by means of performance tests and comparison. Considering the working characteristics and performance requirements of tunnel pavement, different performance analysis of micro-surfacing mixtures were conducted, and the optimal constitution of micro-surfacing mixture used on tunnel pavements was proposed on the basis of laboratory tests. By means of the implementation of support project, the construction technology and construction quality control methods of tunnel pavements were analyzed, and the construction quality control methods and standards of micro-surfacing tunnel pavements were proposed. So that it improved the level of service to tunnel cement concrete pavement.
