With the development of the highway construction and road maintenance technology, the micro-surfacing widely used in pavement maintenance has played an increasingly important role, but also exposed the problem of road noise. How to make micro-surfacing road noise is reduced, so as to minimize the adverse impact on the environment is a topic worthy of further study.Micro-surfacing is a preventive maintenance of the urban road engineering, refers to the use of special machinery and equipment polymer modified asphalt emulsion, fine to coarse aggregate, filler, water and additives in accordance with the design with mixing into slurry mixture the road surface to be treated, but also the rapid opening to traffic with high anti-sliding and durability of the thin-layer structure. Micro-surfacing technology can effectively prevent or deal with early damage of asphalt pavement, improve performance, thereby delaying road maintenance and prolong the life of the road.In order to solve the problem of urban road micro-surfacing obvious noise, this article uses the means of laboratory experiments at micro-surfacing mix proportion design. From the point of view of the type of adjustment gradation, the article identified improve micro-surfacing pavement noise performance level with the program, and meet the micro-surfacing construction performance and road performance.
