Recently years,energy crisis and environmental pollution have been two main social issues.Based on this background,the government has supported the development of electric vehicle.The area of public transport is becoming the main market to promote electric bus.The promotion of electric bus can conserve energy and reduce emissions in the area of public transport to relieve environmental pollution caused by automobile exhaust.However,lots of cities are faced with all kinds of difficulties in the process of practical operation of electric vehicle.Therefore,studying the strategy of operation and development of electric bus is becoming the key factor to promote it.To solve the problem and advance feasible strategy,the essay has studied as follows.Firstly,based on the operation of electric vehicle,this essay studies the present situation and analyzes restrictive factor.Then,the thesis researches the operation mode of Zhengzhou,Jinan and Weinan by the way of operational investigation and car-following test,knowing the feature of their own operation mode,in order to analyze and conclude the present situation of electric vehicle in China.At the same time,investigating the operation mode of Xi'an,taking BYD-K9 for example,the thesis analyzes the impact from working condition,charge mode,passenger capacity and interior arrangement of electric vehicle on operation effect.Finally,combining the feature of operation mode in Xi'an and other cities,the thesis proposals feasible suggestion and strategy on the two aspects of operation development and commercial development.
