The development of market economy makes the city more manpower and investment project construction,the construction of China's city comprehensive pipe gallery project has been in full swing in the city,to promote social capital to increase the effective development of public products,promote the construction of infrastructure investment in social capital,promote the economic development of the city.Feng East Metro comprehensive pipe gallery project,which belongs to the collapsible loess stratum;geological conditions influence the construction progress,quality and safety.Therefore,the high quality requirements for the quality,safety and economy of the pipe tunnel foundation pit support have been put forward.As a result of the project in collapsible loess under the geological conditions of pre pile test process of steel sheet pile in fine sand,medium sand into the process,increasing sand compaction,caused by steel sheet pile can not advance,not up to the design of supporting depth of steel sheet pile supporting the stability and reliability of affected.In order to solve this problem,the following aspects are studied in this paper:(1)this paper first by summarizing the previous research achievements on quality control,systematic summarized the results of the current project management theory,the related principle of construction project quality management and control system and method in detail and make a study of.(2)the situation of comprehensive pipe gallery bridge street E area of engineering geological conditions,advance quality control project design requirements and project construction of the surrounding environment and other factors make comprehensive research and analysis,combined with the actual work,through the water jet method into the hole technology,solved in the construction process of steel sheet pile in collapsible loess geological conditions not to the design depth and supporting stability requirements.(3)in the early success of pile foundation,the foundation pit supporting structure FRWS7.2 software,according to the two step excavation calculation checking,calculation results verify the original design of steel sheet pile supporting scheme of the safety,feasibility and rationality;for the large-scale steel sheet pile for construction industry to provide scientific computing support and quality the control foundation,to achieve environmental objectives and target cost,for the similar engineering project of deep foundation pit supporting quality control to provide the reference.At the same time,the tension action of the local anchor on the steel sheet pile is improved.By reducing the deformation of the steel sheet pile,the steel sheet pile is able to resist the increase of the earth pressure,thus the support requirement is achieved.The application of the steel sheet pile in the thick sand and medium sand layer with thick sand layer is expanded,and the application prospect of Larson SPtype IV steel sheet pile in the special sand layer of urban pipe gallery is expanded.
