The design and construction of urban comprehensive pipe gallery involves a variety of municipal pipelines,which is greatly affected by engineering geology and environmental conditions.In view of the problems existing in the current BIM Technology Application and management,how to establish a BIM Technology Collaborative Design and management system for the whole process of the integrated pipe gallery construction project led by the owner,improve the level of BIM Technology Engineering Simulation and collaborative management of urban integrated pipe gallery,promote the standardization and informatization level of BIM Technology Application and management of urban integrated pipe gallery,and realize the collaborative work and information sharing of all participants,It is the key issue to promote the construction of comprehensive pipe gallery and management informatization.Combined with the application of virtual simulation technology,project general control and collaborative management method in building information model(BIM)engineering,this thesis studies the establishment and implementation method of BIM Technology Collaborative Design and management system in the whole process of integrated pipe gallery construction project led by the owner,and studies the key application scheme of BIM engineering simulation in each stage of urban integrated pipe gallery,and carries out empirical research on this basis.Relevant research results can be used to solve the whole process of BIM Technology Application Management of urban comprehensive pipe gallery based on the owner,find design and construction problems in advance,and promote the level of multi-party and multi-stage collaborative design and management.
