Study On Cost Management Of Urban Comprehensive Pipe Gallery Project Under EPC Mode

With the continuous development of urbanization in China,the demand for various municipal infrastructures such as water supply and Drainage,electricity,communication and gas is insufficient,thus affecting the road traffic and the urban environment,causing water,gas,power failure and other accidents.The appearance of city comprehensive pipe corridor solves this problem and will bring huge social and economic benefits to the development of city.However,due to the lack of experience in cost management of Urban Utility tunnel project,it will affect its construction and promotion.Therefore,it is of great significance to study the cost management of the urban comprehensive pipeline and tunnel project.Firstly,the thesis summarizes the research theories,methods and achievements of domestic and foreign scholars on urban comprehensive pipe and tunnel project,EPC(design-purchase-construction)general contract mode and project cost management,EVM(earned value method)and AHP(analytic hierarchy process)are selected as research tools of cost management.Secondly,based on the general situation of the project and the present situation of the cost management,the paper uses the method of EVM and AHP to combine the case of Nanchang City Pipeline Project--L project carry on the cost management analysis to this project.Firstly,EVM is introduced to find out the deviation node and deviation degree which affect the project cost and schedule,find out the problem,and analyze the reasons of deviation.Then use the analytic hierarchy process(AHP)to calculate and sort the weight of each factor,find out the key factors for dynamic correction.Finally,through the effectiveness test,summed up a reasonable and practical cost management countermeasures and corrective measures.The innovation of this paper lies in the innovation of content and method,which combines EVM and AHP,this paper makes a deep study on the cost management of the urban comprehensive pipe and tunnel project under the EPC general contract mode,which is a new field at the beginning of its development.Give full play to the advantages of the two methods,so that the conclusion of the true and reliable,fill the gaps in this field.The whole process of dynamic correction,so that the countermeasures have been tested in practice,enriched the field of cost management research.
