Asphalt pavement may occur loose,dot surface and other diseases in the short-term use stage,and it is quite different for the destruction characteristics and the role of common water damage.At the present stage,these diseases can not be completely reflected in the road performance evaluation of the mixture,and it is not good for the control and treatment of the problem to this situation,it should be put forward the special requirements of road performance for the asphalt mixture.The twisting and loosening damage refers to the destruction of the phenomenon that the overall strength of asphalt mixture is not enough to resist the external complex torsional shear and other mechanical effects,this road damage often occurs in the special sections where the car steer and brake more frequently.In this paper,the twisting and loosening resistance performance of the warm mix asphalt mixture was studied.The Sasobit-LM and Honeywell TitanTM were used in this experiment.A new type of the twisting and loosening test device and the loose loss results which measured were evaluated for the twisting and loosening resistance performance of the mix.The results indicate that the organic warm agent has a negative effect on the loose resistance performance of the mixture,and the loose loss of which is the topic type of cage construction warm asphalt mixture is obviously larger than that of the dense type.In order to further understand the characteristics of the twisting and loose dispersion of the warm asphalt mixture,it is necessary to analyze the relationship between the asphalt bonding force,the asphalt mixture pendulum,the splitting strength and the shear strength.According to the analysis results,the correlation between different mechanical indexes and the loose loss of the asphalt mixture with different structural types is different.In other words,the each mechanical indicator has a different focus during the process of twisting and breaking of asphalt mixes damage,forming.It can not fully characterize and reflect the twisting and loosening damage to a separate mechanical indicator.The results also show that the shear strength is related to the loose loss of OGFC-16 asphalt mixture,and the shear strength is related to the loose loss of AC-16 and SMA-16 asphalt mixture.The comprehensive analysis of warm asphalt mixture show that the high temperature stability and durability of the mixture are improved,and the low temperature,water stability and the twisting and loosening resistance performance are improved at the same time,including the twisting and loosening resistance performance has the greatest degree of change.This paper will base on the conclusion and put forward increasing the twisting and loosening resistance performance in the design and performance evaluation of the warm asphalt mixture,and making the loose loss as the characterization and evaluation index of the twisting and loosening resistance performance.It should be combined with the characteristics of warm asphalt mixture to pay attention to the selection of the organic warm agent proportion and control indicators of the application In the actual project,especially for the low temperature,humidity or load traffic complex sections.
