Rubber tires have a good performance in a variety of climatic conditions.So the asphalt with rubber powder can improve asphalt mixture road performance;However,the temperature of production and mixing is too high limiting the rubber asphalt to applicate a broader prospect.Warm mix agent can reduce the temperature of production and mixing of rubber asphalt mixture.In this paper,the technical mechanism of warm rubber asphalt and the preparation process of warm asphalt-rubber were studied.The results showed that rubber powder improved aging resistance performance of asphalt and Leadcap warm mix agent improved temperature sensitivity by comparing the penetration rate,softening point and ductility of the warm rubber asphalt.Warm mix asphalt has good performance in softening point and low temperature ductility.The DSR test results show that the ability of high temperature anti-rutting of asphalt rubber was enhanced with the increase of the content of rubber powder.In addition,Leadcap warm mix agent can also improve the anti-rutting performance of rubber asphalt;Through analyzing different content of rubber powder and Leadcap warm mix agent asphalt test,we could conclude: the best rubber powder content is 22%(outside the mixed),the best warm mix agent content is 2.0%.Will be adjusted with a good level of rubber asphalt mixture through the rotary compaction test to do the same under the conditions of the pressure under the conditions of temperature mixing rubber asphalt mixture rolling temperature of 160 ℃ when the best rolling effect,warm mixed with rubber asphalt mixture When the temperature is 150 ℃,the rolling effect is the worst.When meeting the design requirements of the Superpave design method for the porosity(Va)4% of the asphalt mixture,the Leadcap temperature mixture allows the maximum temperature drop of the rubber asphalt mixture to be 32 ℃.The high temperature performance,water stability and anti-cracking performance of the asphalt mixture were tested by the Hamburg test,the rutting test,the freeze-thaw splitting test and the OT test.The experimental results show that comparing with ordinary asphalt mixture high temperature antirutting performance of the rubber asphalt mixture has been greatly improved.Leadcap warm mix agent also promotes the high temperature anti-rutting performance of the asphalt mixture.Compared with the AC-20 asphalt mixture,AR-AC-20 asphalt mixture has raised 8.6% in water stability.But Leadcap warm mix agent have negative effects on water stability.AR-AC-20 asphalt mixture is five times higher than that of the AC-20 in anti-cracking performance.The content of this paper can be used as reference for the determination of the content of rubber powder and temperature mixture,the ratio design and the performance analysis of the asphalt AC-20 type asphalt mixture.
