As a representative engineering machinery,the loader plays an important role in the country's economic infrastructure because of its good mobility,high speed of operation,high efficiency and flexible operation.But the harsh conditions and drastic changes in the load makes the loader has been a high energy consumption,high emissions,noise pollution and other serious problems.In recent years,hybrid technology in the field of automotive applications,for the loader of energy-saving emission reduction research provides a reference.This paper studies the loader hybrid system,which is of great significance to realize the energy saving and emission reduction of construction machinery.In this paper,a 5t loader is used as the prototype to analyze and design the loader hybrid system for the purpose of improving the system power and fuel economy.The specific research work is as follows:Firstly,the research status of hybrid loader is introduced.Based on the study of traditional loader structure and typical working cycle,the load spectrum of loader is analyzed,and the reasons of high load and high energy consumption are obtained.Through the comparative analysis of the hybrid form,a parallel hybrid system composed of engine,motor and super capacitor is designed.Secondly,the design of the hybrid system for parameter matching and component selection.On the basis of analyzing the characteristics of each component,the simplified mathematical model of each component is determined,the simulation model of each component and the model of the hybrid system are set up in simulink and the multi-work point control strategy based on logic threshold is established in simulink.Under the same load model,the dynamic analysis of the traditional loader and the hybrid loader is carried out.Finally,by comparing the parameters of engine speed,torque and fuel consumption in the simulation results of traditional loader and hybrid loader,it is concluded that the hybrid loader has better load than the traditional loader under dynamic load Adaptability,power and energy efficiency.The research work of this paper has certain reference value for the research of hybrid engineering machinery.
