Because of construction machinery have unique operating characteristics and specialapplications, and these features lead to the malady of the loaders, such as the high fuelconsumption and the high pollution prevalent. With the rapid growth of the global economy,the countries in the world demand for oil is increasing rapidly, the contradiction between thegrowing global demand for energy and resources scarcity will be growing.so the cost ofconstruction machinery is increasing gradually. Loads is the most widely used model inconstruction machinery, the research for loader is representative. In this paper, a moreresearch of hybrid system is based on the modern loaders. This research will be able topromote the level of application of hybrid technology, and realize energy saving andconsumption reduction of loaders.The ZL50loader is the research object of this paper. Analyzes the research status ofhybrid construction machinery above all, design and match the parameter of the hybridsystem of loader is based on the study of the characteristics of the loader operating condition.The hybrid system of the loader what is researched in this dissertation is mainly composed ofan engine, generator-motor, an energy accumulator and other components. Analysis theperformance characteristics of the main components, and obtain the correspondingmathematical model, establish the simulation models of the main components inMatlab/simulink software. In this paper, the simulation model of the traditional loader and thehybrid loader will be simulation analyzing by loading, and we can get the engine torque,speed and fuel consumption curve of the traditional loader and the hybrid loader. And then,the fuel economy and the load adaptability of engine is the final result of this paper.Making acomparative analysis between the hybrid power system and the power system of traditionalloader. The comparative results show that under the dynamic loading conditions, thefluctuation amplitude of the hybrid loader’s engine’s torque and speed is smaller, the engineruns very smoothly, load adaptability significantly enhanced. Meanwhile, hybrid loader’s fuel consumption is significantly lower than the traditional loader, and realize the purpose ofenergy-saving for loaders.
