When implementing bus priority strategy can be used time and space policy portfolio strategy that is bound to set a intended bus priority approach.In the appropriate location to meet the intended bus priority approach conditions,set a control pre-signal control lanes,can improve the efficiency of the bus to reduce the bus waiting time,thereby reducing the "per capita delay".This paper first introduces the basic concept of bus priority,introduces the basic strategy of bus priority,that is,from time and space to give priority to analyze the basic form of its strategy,put forward the combination strategy,which is the use of intended bus priority approach way.On the basis of summarizing the previous research,this paper firstly introduces the basic principles and layout of the partial-intended bus priority approach,analyzes the advantages and disadvantages and the applicability of the various layout patterns,and determine the suitable partial-intended bus priority approach for this article research object,and summarizes the basic conditions of Partial-intended bus priority approach.Secondly,on the basis of the existing research,the parameters of the design of the partial-intended bus priority approach are refined to meet the bus priority concept and match the characteristics of the bus.The traffic benefit analysis is carried out after the method of setting up the partial-intended bus priority approach.The basic delay theory is used to analyze the traffic benefit before and after the installation of the partial-intended bus priority approach and the threshold condition of the partial-intended bus priority approach is obtained,And on the bus and social car arrival rate on the threshold conditions of the sensitivity analysis,the analysis as an expert background information.In order to judge the influence of the setting of the partial-intended bus priority approach on the whole import road,the traffic comprehensive evaluation method is used to evaluate the traffic efficiency before and after the setting,and the three indexes of per capita delay,efficiency coefficient and queuing length are introduced as the evaluation index.Purely per capita delay as the only criterion for the evaluation system.In order to improve the sensitivity of the whole system to the change of traffic status,the adaptive control system can be introduced to judge whether the conditions of setting the presignal can be satisfied according to the current traffic and traffic conditions,such as satisfying the setting conditions and setting the pre-signal,and according to the current state,Setting the pre-signal control parameters into the controller for bus priority;if not meet the set conditions to maintain the pre-signal green light to prohibit the bus into the pre-signal control lane to ensure the normal operation of social vehicles.Finally,we verify that the method and research of this paper can improve the efficiency of the bus and reduce the per capita delay,and the influence on the social car is within the acceptable range...
