Waterborne epoxy emulsion asphalt mixture is a new type of cold mix pavement materials.Under the normal temperature condition,the material can be constructed.And it is good for environmental protection.At present,modified Marshall test method is often used to research on cold mix asphalt mixture,but its compaction method does not match with the practical vibration compaction way,and is difficult to design a way out with superior performance of cold mix asphalt concrete.And now cold mix asphalt mixture of the influencing factors,proportioning design method and the performance test rarely have been studied.In this paper,the vibration method is used to mold test specimen.And ash,water and lignin fiber are analyzed for the influence of the waterborne epoxy emulsion asphalt mixture.The grey relational confirms the above three factors to bulk specific gravity and unconfined compressive strength of the correlation order.On the basis of the above test,the vibration molding specimen making method is presented,the waterborne epoxy emulsion asphalt mixture of the best mineral powder content,optimal water consumption,the best lignin fiber content to be conformed.The above three factors to bulk specific gravity and unconfined compressive strength of the correlation order:water> breeze>lignin fiber.Under the normal temperature and high temperature,density,water loss rate and the tendency of the intensity are reveal.Finally the mix proportion design method and the suitable performance test method is put forward in this paper.
