Compared with traditional fuel heating,Electromagnetic induction heating has the advantages of high heating efficiency,causing less environment pollution,and so on.It has been widely used in many industries.Domestic and foreign scholars never stop researching it.In recent years,transverse flux induction heating(TFIH)becomes a hot issue which is suitable for continuous strip heating.In the process of experiment and research,in order to test the temperature distribution of the strip being heated by the TFIH inductor,The following research work are finished.At first,according to transverse flux induction heating system,this article analyzed its environment and requirements for temperature measurement,then presented a solution which use several small infrared temperature sensors to acquire multiple temperature values.In this solution,by detecting,processing and display of multiple sensor signals in real time,the temperature of the strip surface at the outlet of the heater in real time is shown.Then,after researching mathematical model of eddy current field and temperature field in the transverse flux induction heating problem,the simulations of TFIH inductors with hexagon shape coil is obtained by coupling static 3D temperature field and transient3 D field of electromagnetic motion.The temperature distribution of the strip after it is heated by the TFIH inductor under the condition of different current frequency and strip speed is analyzed.According to the simulation results,the installment scheme of the infrared temperature sensors is settled.The peripheral circuits are designed and tested such as signal conditioning circuit,power circuit,etc.Based on F28335 DSP,a minimum system used in detection,processing and display of the sensor signal in real time is completed,and the corresponding function software is designed and tested.Finally,after setting up the infrared temperature sensor according to the material to be tested,the design of this paper is debugged through the experiment.The error of the temperature data is briefly analyzed from the material attribute and the device itself.
