BIM Application Research Of Our Country In The Construction Phase

In this paper,"Application of BIM in the construction phase" is the direction of discussion and research.Through literature research,qualitative research,case studies and other methods,our current content of schedule control,cost control and quality control were analyzed and this paper points out its limitations briefly.By studying cases of BIM in the construction phase about visualization,schedule control,cost control and quality control,this paper qualitatively summes up the superiority of BIM compared to traditional methods,and provides project managers with a theoretical basis of using BIM technology.This paper focuses on the application of BIM in construction quality control.The concept of quality control model based on BIM is proposed.And this paper researches the framework,organizational structure and workflow of the quality control model based on BIM.The construction quality control model based on BIM integrates BIM 4D model about progress information with POP model about quality information,in order to enrich the quality information of BIM model.The organizational structure of the quality control model based on BIM follows the principle of PDCA cycle in quality management assurance system,which raises the level of quality in a step in each cycle.The workflow of quality control model based on BIM makes logical analysises,integrity analysises,deviation analysises and compliance analysises in every step of checking,so we can make sure that every step of checking is no omission,and timely feedback quality status.Limitation of this study is only to study the framework,organizational structure and workflow qualitatively.The subsequent development work and data storage standard has not been studied.By analyzing and studying,this paper provides project managers with application guidance and theoretical basis of BIM.In addition,it offers ideological foundation and theoretical overview to the researching of construction quality control based on BIM.
