With the rapid development of unmanned aerial vehicles(UAV),in order to manage UAV effectively,technical innovations for UAV supervision are indispensable.In this paper,series of studies on the key technologies,including modeling of UAV operating environment,acquisition and fusion of active and passive monitoring data,and early warning algorithm for flight hazards were carried out.Firstly,the UAV operating environment was established.Among them,the airspace model was described,and the method of spatial topology analysis for airspace was studied.The natural terrain was described with a grid digital elevation model,and a high-speed data interpolation algorithm was studied to obtain the continuous terrain data.After registration and projection transformation,a real-time national radar reflection puzzle was taken as a data source to build the meteorological environment.Secondly,to acquire the surveillance data of UAV,acquisition method of active and passive surveillance data from UAV ground control stations and ADS-B device respectively was studied.To obtain the continuous and stable trajectory,a convex combination track-to-track fusion algorithm was employed to fuse the two different source of surveillance data.And the fusion track improved the reliability of UAV monitoring.Thirdly,the airspace operation early warning,ground proximity early warning,dangerous weather early warning and flight conflict early warning were studied in this paper,which is based on the UAV operating environment data and the monitoring data.In addition,several static relief strategies for flight conflict were discussed.Finally,a monitoring platform for UAVs based on NASA World Wind was developed to verify the methods proposed in this study.
