With the continuous improvement of people's living standards,consumers rely more and more on the power grid,and the endurance of planned blackouts and faulty blackouts is getting lower and lower,which puts forward higher requirements for the safe and stable operation of the power grid and the service level of power supply enterprises.At present,GIS system,metrology automation system,voltage and reactive power platform system,remote centralized meter reading system,dispatching automation system have been widely used in distribution network,and play an important role in improving the quality of power supply.However,due to the independent operation of each system,the automation level of power quality early warning in the station area is low,the reasons for exceeding the limit need to be analyzed manually,the faults can not be alarmed in time,and the power failure can not be handled in time.Therefore,the establishment of an integrated business analysis and management system is of great significance to improve the safe and stable operation of the power grid and the service level of power supply enterprises.Aiming at the problem that the real-time data of the three major systems of 10 kV low-voltage distribution network,such as dispatching,metering and voltage and reactive power regulation,can not be centralized and unified analysis and processing independently of each other.By using the method of theoretical analysis,device development and system demonstration,the research and development of the evaluation and early warning system of distribution transformer station area operation status has been completed,and the system of distribution Supervision Center at bureau level has been constructed.The functions of automatic processing and analysis,statistical induction,automatic judgment of over-limit data and early warning,alanrm of fault status and automatic giving of control and rectification measures are realized by using the relevant real-time data of three major systems.The following problems have been solved:(1)automatic warning of voltage overrun in distribution network and automatic analysis of reasons for overrun;(2)automatic analysis of reasons for power outage in station area;(3)automatic warning of heavy overload in station area and automatic analysis of causes;(4)three-phase unbalanced warning of station area and its origin.Because of automatic analysis;(5)voltage and current monitoring and early warning of key nodes of typical low-voltage line;(6)judgment and early warning of typical low-voltage line breakage.In a word,through the demonstration system of monitoring and early warning for distribution network in low-voltage station area,distribution Supervision Center at bureau level and its database software,it provides fast and scientific ways and methods for power quality management and early warning,fault warning,emergency repairs dispatch list,decision analysis,implementation of management measures,implementation of leadership and command of distribution network,and breaks through the power supply bureaus.It is of great significance for the development and growth of enterprises to reduce the barriers of information data sharing,reduce the workload of technical personnel in relevant departments,maintain emergency repair classes,improve the level of business management and reduce the cost of management.
