The aircraft cockpit is the core part for the pilot to fly missions,and the ergonomic design of the cockpit will directly affect the operational efficiency and flight safety.As a key link of the cockpit ergonomic design,comfort is an important guarantee for the successful completion of the mission.In this paper,the evaluation method of aircraft cockpit comfort is studied,which provides technical support and feedback for ergonomics design of the aircraft cockpit.The evaluation index system of cockpit comfort is established.According to the comprehensive influence of various factors in the process of human-machine interaction on the comfort of the cockpit,the concept of the comfort and mathematical definition are given.In order to meet the new generation of cockpit system design requirements for ‘man-machine–environment' system and the ‘pilot-centered' cockpit design concept,the key factors influencing the cockpit comfort are analyzed and a cockpit comfort evaluation index system is established from the multi index comprehensive evaluation theory.The evaluation method of each sub comfort evaluation index is studied.Modeling and Simulation of the sitting comfort of pilots is studied by using biomechanical simulation software Anybody.When the seat height or the angle of the back changes,the three biomechanical evaluation index values: muscle activity and joint torque and shear force can be analyzed to provide the support for the ergonomics design and the determining the weight of each index.Based on the analysis of characteristics of four comfort index(posture comfort,visual comfort,manipulating comfort and body feeling comfort)in the evaluation index system appropriate evaluation methods are given,which lays the foundation for comprehensive evaluation.The comprehensive evaluation method of cockpit comfort is put forward.A grey clustering evaluation method based on Gauss distribution whitening weight function is established by combining the AHP,fuzzy mathematics and grey theory.Use the subjective evaluation method based on fuzzy mathematics theory to construct the subjective score matrix and determine the confidence factor,which improving the scientific nature and accuracy.According to the aim and index characteristics of the cockpit comfort evaluation,a grey clustering evaluation method based on Gauss distribution whitening weight function is established and an example is studied,which provides feedback support for the whole aircraft cockpit ergonomics design.
