With the continuous growth of the aviation market and developing of internet technology,the traditional manual counters will not be able to cope with the civil aviation passenger demand.And self-service check-in has become the preferred choice of air passengers,no limitation by the geographical location of the passengers as well as the free check-in time,which makes such check-in method a significant direction and trend for further development.However,Study on check-in,domestic and foreign scholars have focused on the artificial check-in counter allocation and queuing model optimization problem in the check-in.Today research on self-service check-in process has focused on analysis of subjective trend,there is no clear model to explain the check-in habits change.Therefore,air passengers' self-service check-in choice behavior as the research object,using the logit model theory constructed a self-service choice behavior model based on binary logit model and a self-service choice behavior model based on multinomial logit model.Through the model of quantitative analysis in choosing behavior factors of changes in demand for two class check-in mode.The check-in process is divided into two part: "ticket" and "baggage".Based on the theory of utility maximization and probability selection,combined with the characteristics of artificial counter check-in and self-service check-in,and set the explanatory variable which included personal characteristics,passenger travel characteristics and the characteristics of check-in.Through a questionnaire survey of passengers' choice behavior in a certain large-scale airport,this paper empirically analyzed the influence factors of air passenger self-service choice behavior.Meanwhile,by comparing the calculated results with the actual statistical data,the validity and accuracy of the model were verified.The results show that the characteristics of the various parts of the variables have significant effects,and according to the change of different explanatory variables,the choice behavior of passenger mode will also change.According to the results of the model,analysis of self-service existing problems,and puts forward the corresponding suggestions.
