As an important foundation of smart grid, distribution automation technology can improve power supply reliability and power quality, expand power supply capacity, and realize efficient and economic operation of distribution network. Yangzhou region as the focus of first-class power grid construction, but also the largest county-level power supply company in Yangzhou, the regional distribution network automation system will transform the Jiangdu power grid operating benefits will bring significant improvement. Therefore, it is of great significance and value to study the implementation plan of Jiangdu Power Supply Company's distribution automation system.Enhance the energy allocation capability and equipment management and control efficiency of distribution network, in order to ensure to achieve the purpose of distribution automation and intelligence, is the most important design.Based on the actual situation of power distribution network in Jiangdu Power Supply Company, the design of the scheme is based on the principle of comprehensiveness, applicability, difference and long-term.Based on the detailed analysis of network connection and load distribution of 10 kV system in Jiangdu City, this paper puts forward the general train of thought suitable for Jiangdu area distribution automation system construction.At the same time, it analyzes the present situation and the existing problems of the Jiangdu 10 kV distribution network and decided to adopt the full coverage mode of the distribution network equipment automation so as to achieve the power supply reliability of the distribution network in the urban area. To further enhance the degree to 99.95%.And the design scheme of Jiangdu automatic power distribution system is given. The design scheme of the system is given in detail, and the detailed scheme is given for the primary station, line, equipment, communication network and distribution network automation system..Finally, the effectiveness analysis and benefit evaluation of the above scheme proves that Jiangdu district distribution automation construction and renovation project has effectively improved the technical and economic benefits of the region, and achieved good management benefits and social benefits.And makes a further prospect for Jiangdu distribution network automation.
