| With the implementation of the Electricity Law and the reform of power industry, the requirement of power quality is more and more demanding. Accordingly, the urban distribution network is increasingly complicated. To improve the overall technical and economical index of the operation of distribution network, the automatization of power distribution is imperative.Based on the present technique of power distribution automation, together with the current distribution network of Huishui region and its power network planning during the "11~th Five Year", the practicality of the automation technique of Huishui distribution network is analyzed and studied in this project.The project analyzes and introduces and the current situation of the urban distribution network and the distribution automation of Huishui and the existing problems. Conforming to the principle of "unified planning, staged implementation, rational distribution, shared information", the global object and principles of the distribution automation, the structure of the automation system, and the annual goals of feeder automation are given in this paper.The project also aims to put forward the structure and configuration scheme of the automatic distribution system of Huishui, with the structure of the distribution management system (DMS) introduced. The strategies of fault treatment of the main distribution station are introduced as well.Based on the analysis and comparison of several types of feeder automation modes, together with the present distribution network of Huishui, the scheme of "hand in hand" circular distribution automation is proposed. By analyzing the requirement of distribution network automation on the communication system, with the practical situation of the distribution network of Huishui, the communication scheme of the urban distribution automation of Huishui is also proposed. |
