The Analysis On Trajectory Of The Ball And Research With The Opening And Closing Force By Orbit Ball Valve

The orbit ball valve as a new type of the ball valve achieves the friction-free opening and closing and metal sealing surface through the valve stem and the ball special transmission mechanism.It achieves the cut off function in the easy wearing pipe system of coal chemical industry,hydrogenation working condition.However,due to the complex structure of the orbit ball valve,it has both the rotary characteristics of the normal ball valve and the characteristics of the gate valve with up and down pulling,forced sealing,so the localization process of the orbit ball valve is too difficult.it has been dominated by foreign companies for a long time.In this paper,we hope that through the analysis and calculation of the trajectory and the force of the orbit ball valve,it can provide some fine reference and help for the research and design of the orbit ball valve in the future.Firstly,through the combination of theoretical calculation and three-dimensional simulation,it studies the ball movement to capture its trajectory motion characteristics,and get its movement formula,which provides a reference for the design and verification of ball trajectory of the orbit ball valve.Secondly,it finishes the stress analysis of the ball and the valve stem in the open and closed positions.And the calculation and analysis of the ball closing and opening force are further studied.This article mainly focuses on the research and analysis of its ball movement.Through the combination of theoretical calculation and three-dimensional simulation,it studies the ball movement to capture its trajectory motion characteristics,and get its movement formula.Through analyzing the force on its ball surface in closing position,the Force on the Bottom Slope of Stem has been calculated and analyzed.This paper completes the trajectory analysis of the orbital ball valve and obtains its trajectory calculation formula.Also it carries out the force calculation and analysis of the orbit ball valve in the opening and closing position.And the force analysis of the valve stem in the opening and closing positions are studied.It offers data support for the follow-up research and development work of the orbit ball valve...
