| Orbit Non-friction Ball Valve is a new type of valve and realizes non-friction switching and metal pressurization of the valve by cam mechanism. This paper researches the design of Orbit non-friction Ball Valve mechanism and its computer aided design .The main work and the result are as follows:The author puts forward the kinetic analysis method of Orbit Non-friction Ball Valve,analyses the track and motion space of the conglobulation for switching etc,and brings forward rule of its configuration design,designs its assembling body and all the part.In the three-dimensional modeling environment of MDT,the author makes the three-dimensional model which refer to the full-size data of all the part and assembling body,acquires the engineering drawing according with GB,manages the size data through database and outputs the data file which drives the model to produce all sort of parts and engineering drawing rapidly.On the basis of the analyzing for the system,the author acquires the overall project and programming procedure of Orbit Ball Valve CAD System by the method of software engineering. Based on study mentioned above,the author designs functional modules in detail,realizes them and develops favorable interface by Visual Basic 6.0.The author manages the parameter database of parts through Access and outputs the data file that drives the models of parts,and manages the data accessing through SQL Server and ensures that multi-user can use the design manual simultaneously. The author realizes the read-write of data in engineering database by ADO and OleDB technique. |
