This thesis studies a high efficient air compressor monitoring system.Air compressor as industrial production process in the compressed gas output device,widely used in manufacturing industry.In the pipe plant,the use of compressed air produced by air compressor on the semi-finished steel-plastic pipe for sandblasting.For enterprises,due to the greater demand for compressed gas,need to build air compressor station with air compressors.Air Compressor Station is a compressed air station,with the number of air compressors,air storage tanks,air purification equipments,cold and dry components.At present,most enterprises in the country,all the equipment within the air compressor control methods are manual control,stand-alone operation,which leads to the phenomenon of air compressor station idling and causes great waste of energy.In addition,the site can not controll the equipments of the air compressor station according to gas consumption.So it can not meet the gas plant pressure on the compressed gas pressure stability requirements.This thesis describes a set of high efficiency air compressor monitoring system.The monitoring system by function is divided into: input and output module,air compressor control module,parameter self-tuning fuzzy PID control module,sequence control module,communication module and alarm module.Under the action of each module,the monitoring system automatically controls the whole air compressor station according to the output pressure of the air compressor station.So that the pressure of the compressed gas to maintain a stable range,to achieve efficient production.So that the operation of air compressors more secure and reliable,so as to achieve purposes of constant pressure control,energy saving and environmental protection,saving the human resources.The parameter self-tuning fuzzy PID control module is the focus of the monitoring system.The fuzzy controller can adjust the three parameters of the PID controller and the operating parameters of the monitoring system in real time according to the output pressure deviation and the deviation rate of the air compressor station,thus changing the working state of the equipment in the air compressor station to meet the gas plant on the main pipe pressure value requirements.This control system control procedure and the human machine interface are developed respectively by Siemens STEP 7 software and the Win CC software.The user can control the operation of the air compressor on the computer,as well as monitor the real-time operating parameters of the equipment in the entire air compressor station.The monitoring system can read the working voltage and working current value of the equipment,through the calculation program in the program,calculate the actual power consumption of the machine,which can realize the energy monitoring.In addition,the system also has the function of historical query and trend analysis,which provides an effective means for production analysis and process management.Through the control of the monitoring system,in the premise of ensuring the production of gas,the air compressor power consumption than the manual control to save 20%,while also saving a lot of labor costs.The monitoring system for enterprises to achieve efficient production,reduce costs and improve economic efficiency and laid a good foundation.
