As the electronic information industry develops rapidly in recent years,people's attention on their own health is highly increasing day by day.The intelligent wearable product gradually enters people's life by taking the advantages of its intelligence,portability and great user experience and so on.Especially in the aspect of integrating with medical product,the wearable medical product features the obvious advantage of real-time monitoring in human health.Oximeter is the medical device that could detect the blood oxygen saturation of human body whose value has a great relationship with human health.So it is of certain necessity to monitor the blood oxygen saturation in real time,and it is of important significance especially for the patient with respiratory disease and people carrying out outdoor sports in high altitude areas.However,for people who carry out high altitude outdoor sports,the existing oximeter is not portable enough in the condition of plateau low temperature and the measurement always gets wrong.So the developing a new type of oximeter is in urgent need,especially for people carrying outdoor sports in the high altitude area.By using the engineering technology,Kansei engineering transfers the vague perceptual demand of users into the design element of product and guide the design process,finding the best performance mode to meet the users' various perceptual needs.Based on the related design method of Kansei engineering,using the method of measuring reflective hypothenar blood oxygen as technical support,using the statistical calculation method to transfer the users' perceptual demand into the design element of product and through a great deal of research and experiment,we finally design a type of wearable oximeter suitable for the crowd who carry out outdoor sports in the high altitude.This paper uses four kinds of Kansei engineering methods to dominate design process,which are the semantic differential method,principal component analysis,orthogonal design method and conjoint analysis.Firstly,collect the perceptual word about oximeter by researching people who carry out sports in the high altitude area,build the semantic space of perceptual image representing the sample,and then use the semantic differential method and principal component analysis to screen the perceptual main variables.Secondly,dismantle wearable oximeter's form by morphological decomposition method,narrow the scope of form combination by the orthogonal design method,and calculate the importance percentage and utility of morphological characteristic variables by using the conjoint analysis and statistical software SPSS.We can finally get the optimal morphological combination of product,achieving the innovative design of the wearable oximeter particularly for people carrying outdoor sports in the high altitude area.
