Research And Application Of Comprehensive Evaluation Method Of Distribution Networks Development Level

With the rapid development of the national economy,the society's electricity consumption is increasing year by year,and the demand for power supply quality and reliability of power supply is also getting higher and higher.As an important part of the power supply network,distribution network directly connected with the power users.At the beginning of the construction of the power grid,the construction of the country focused on the transmission grid side,resulting in a long-term low level of distribution network construction,with the growing power load,distribution network problems began to emerge.Therefore,the establishment of a comprehensive and reasonable comprehensive evaluation system of distribution network development level,comprehensive assessment of the development level of the distribution network,found that the weak link in the distribution network and the existing problems,for the development of distribution network has important guiding significance.In order to solve this problem,this paper presents a comprehensive evaluation method of distribution network development level,the specific content is as follows:(1)This chapter describes the main elements involved in comprehensive evaluation,the realization process of comprehensive evaluation and some commonly used comprehensive evaluation methods,and elaborates the realization principle of these methods.(2)This paper expounds the concrete construction principle,index classification and construction method of comprehensive evaluation index system of distribution network development level.On this basis,the fishbone diagram analysis method is used to screen the evaluation index,and a clear hierarchy structure is established,the definition of each index and the calculation method are used.The weight of index is determined by pairing comparison method and Delphi method,and the evaluation standard of the index is set up and introduction the process of comprehensive evaluation.(3)According to the characteristics of distribution network planning,the evaluation model and corresponding algorithm of distribution network planning project are established under the conditions of power supply partition,line connection form,line type,distribution transformer capacity and load density.(4)Based on the analysis of the distribution network in Qinhuangdao,it is found that the evaluation system and evaluation method can provide a comprehensive,reasonable and scientific evaluation and analysis of the distribution network,find out the weak link of the distribution network,development of the advantages and disadvantages for the distribution network planning and construction to provide theoretical guidance and technical guidance.
