Improving the power supplying capacity of the distribution network to meet the user’s power demand,which has become one of the urgent problems in our country.The strategy of Demand Response is adopted in the distribution network with distributed power generation,which can reduce the peak-valley difference and load fluctuation of the system to some extent,and alleviate the power supply pressure.After the introduction of Demand Response strategy,the continuity of Demand Response to the improvement of power supply capacity of distribution network depends on the subjective wishes of customers,as a result,the traditional evaluation system of power supply capability from the technical level will no longer be fully applicable.Therefore,rational formulating Demand Response,improving assessment system of the existing power supply capacity,and scientifically and comprehensively evaluating the impact of the Demand Response on the power supply capacity of the distribution network are of great guiding role in the planning and operation of the distribution network.The willingness of power customers participating in the Demand Response directly affects the implementation level of the Demand Response.In order to reflect the customer’s subjective will in the Demand Response model,the customer comfort and expenditure rationality constraints are proposed based on the traditional electricity price and load constraints.The peak and valley periods are reasonably divided by the fuzzy transit closure method.Demand Response model of considering customer comfort and expenditure rationality is establish.Then electricity prices is optimized by PSO.The connotation of the power supply capacity indicator system of the distribution network has been extended to various aspects of technology and service.In order to reflect the power supply capacity of the distribution network comprehensively and objectively,the power supply ecological sustainability index is been introduced.It is based on the traditional distribution network power supply capability evaluation index system.It can reflect the ecological balance between customer’s comfort degree and power supply capabilities after adopting the Demand Response.It has improved the Demand Response grid system power supply capacity assessment index system.It should analyze and grasp the relationship and relative importance of each evaluation index,then use the fuzzy analytical hierarchy process to determine the weight of the evaluation index and carry out fuzzy comprehensive evaluation.The fuzzy-out-of-bound in fuzzy evaluation should be improve by index stratification.The hierarchical structure of evaluation indicators should be reasonably divided,and the weights of indicators should be established by using analytic hierarchy process.Then the Demand Response power supply capability evaluation of the distribution network is carried out comprehensively by fuzzy operation.Through calculation examples,the system’s comprehensive power supply capacity under different customer comfort conditions is calculated.It provides some guidance for rationally developing the Demand Response to improve the power supply capacity of the distribution network,which is based on comparing the advantages and disadvantages of each solution.
