Fork Lift Truck Design Based On TRIZ Evolution Theory

Today in the 21st century,the urbanization level is high-speed developing and infrastructure continues to improve in china.With the increasing demand for engineering transportation,the demand for forklift type of engineering vehicles is also increasing year by year.These products are in the growth period,and the market potential is large.However,on account of long use cycle and updating slow,the design of forklift products is frequently not taken seriously.Research shows that,there are still many problems in the design of the forklift,such as single function,poor appearance modelling,poor user experience,low value-added products,low brand recognition etc.,which causes it hard to meet user demand and result to low economic benefit and social benefit of the forklift products.To achieve the accurate prediction of product development,gain high satisfaction of the consumer and innovation design based on user demand driven,the paper takes the product demand analysis as the foundation,analyzes the forklift user requirements,and introduces the TRIZ demand evolution theory.It is integration and classification of user demand,on the basis of which using the kano model,gets the new user requirements.Combining TRIZ technology system evolution model to analyzes related requirements and transformed into design points.Design scheme is determined in view of the product design innovative.Based on theory of product design,it implements the product appearance modelling design.The paper introduces TRIZ evolution theory of forklift design,provides a solution to product development for the enterprise and meet consumer demand.The solution effectively solves the problem that the existing design of the forklift,improves the design efficiency to some extent,meets the demand of the user,provides the possibility of winning the social benefit and economic benefit for the enterprise at the same time.
