The unexpected deformation of sheet metal welding is widely existed in shipbuilding field,the thermal correction which uses laser as heat source can avoid crack accident in the process of mechanical process.Laser correction technology is a bending technology which can correct sheet mental to target profile.Based on the large deformation elastic-plastic finite element theory,the theoretical model of the thermal correction is established,with analysis software as a platform and select modeling method which is direct modeling method or indirect method.According to the relevant literature,laser thermal corrective physics finite element model is established to conduct simulation for two kinds of heat source physical model.Compared with experimental results,Gaussian heat source is selected in simulation.As for laser thermal correction temperature field,two types of feature parameters are determined,which are maximum surface temperature of the upper and lower and high temperature area width.With exploring how various laser process parameters affect the temperature feature parameters and how the comprehensive energy factors affect temperature feature parameters,orthogonal experiments is used to explore the influential order from various factors to temperature feature parameters.It is helpful to guide the choice of laser process and investigate the law of temperature feature parameters for multiple scans.To investigate the relationship between temperature feature parameters and deformation field,the law of individual factor which affects the thermal correction deformation field is analyzed.Exploring the final result influenced by comprehensive energy factors,orthogonal experiment is used to research the influence of each factor to correcting results.With clarifying the influential order of various factors,it can be used to guide process planning of correction.Laser scanning direction is selected with smooth degree of plane.With researching on the influential factors of plate curvature,propose the process of establishing corrective database is proposed.Based on v-type sheet correction process and analysis of complex surfaces correction process,a method of fast predicting sheet shape of the path planning is proposed and proofed.With this method,sinusoidal surface and hyperboloid are taken as examples to conduct path planning on complex surfaces,correction of path planning is also verified.
