With China's accession to the World Trade Organization and the gradual establishment of a socialist market economy system,the whole process of project construction cost management pattern cannot meet the current needs of engineering cost control,through detailed analysis of Existing problems and affecting factors of engineering cost control,proposed solutions and measures,in order to meet the principle of construction cost management under the market economy system,Realization of units and construction units of mutual benefit and win-win,as well as construction projects within the life-cycle cost minimum to provide evidence and solving measures.With corresponding solutions to the problems and its influencing factors in the various stages within the life cycle,in order to resolve all the disadvantages of the cost control of construction project,mainly to do the following:(1)Analysis on present status of project cost control;(2)Study on the decision-making stage of engineering cost of construction project importance and the important position in the life cycle(3)Study on the importance of engineering cost in design stage of construction project and its significance,on the premise of ensuring project quality,using value engineering to provide solutions to reduce the engineering cost of construction projects;(4)Analysis of characteristics of construction project bidding and its importance,and combine the actual and present practical engineering problems,proposed concrete measures for cost control in construction project;(5)Analysis in construction project construction and acceptance phases project cost control problems,Come up with appropriate measures,For construction and final acceptance of the settlement period reduces construction total cost of the project to provide reference and a basis.(6)Analysis in construction project operation and maintenance and removal of existing problems in the control of engineering cost in the phase,Come up with targeted measures,Study on rational determination of construction project quality and A scientific method of determining to 0T of Construction projects at that stage.Combining ruida,Zhengzhou City Road and Avenue of science commercial office buildings at the corner of the actual case,analysis of engineering cost management's works by the early stages of the project,the implementation,operation and maintenance phase,also on project cost control of construction projects in various stages of the life cycle of existing problems and related factors,and according to the characteristics of each stage and put forward solutions.In short,in all stages of the life cycle,should be based on life-cycle cost management of engineering cost management,provide protection to add value to construction projects.
