With China's rapid economy development and construction of cities,people's living conditions have changed a lot.More work places are located in remote suburbs,such as suburban Industrial Park.More people choose to live in the suburban housing with quiet and beautiful environment and to travel outside when they are free.For these,the modern off-road vehicles are becoming daily necessities for every families.The passenger car which is the typical one means of off-road vehicles is in increasingly greater demand.In the face of these,the productivity of car must be greatly improved and optimized.To optimize the fracturing technology for car,the processing time can be shorten,the automation can be realized,the accuracy can be improved,the different fracturing requirements for different cars can be adapted.All these adapt to the time and the demand of the society.In this paper,an engine connecting rod crack and dust removing production line was developed.At the same time,the connecting rod cracking up broken finite element analysis was carried on.(1)This paper analyzes the cracking scheme of the big side hole of the engine connecting rod.Through the discussion of the different layout and the upper and lower con-rod,the whole design scheme of the manufacturing line is obtained.According to the principle of modern design theory,with the help of 3-D design software and programming software,the design work of each part in the line is completed.A fracturing and dust removing manufacturing line is designed finally.(2)Secondly,ABAQUS XFEM was used to analyze the cracking process of the connecting rod.The stress and strain of the unit on the crack propagation path were simulated and analyzed under the action of the breaking force.(3)It is concluded that the existence of the crack changes the stress distribution of the bulkhead at the head of the connecting rod,resulting in a large stress concentration and the sharper the stress concentration of the crack tip is more obvious.The starting point is located near the surface of the middle cracker.The whole is in a resilient state.This conclusion is of guiding significance to the processing of connecting rods.With the improvement of China's scientific and technological level,China's auto industry has been rapid development.How to improve car productivity is the challenge all car manufacturers are facing to.To follow the trend of improving the auto productivity,we innovatively reference cracking technology to the secondary processing of the connecting rod.Closely cooperation among the machine technology,the electrical control technology and gas control technology,the manufacturing line has many advantages such as high efficiency,quality,adaptability and automation.It has broad prospects in the processing industry of connecting rod.
