The Internet that based in computers last century, enters quietly and integrates our daily life. The development of nowadays society has already attained a high level dependence that never attained before. We use the advantages of network covering large areas and its data delivers quickly that we can realize it very conveniently. The network manufacturing has almost extended the companies'business and operation spaces indefinitely. There is an urgently need to resolve problem that in front of every company which actualize the network manufacturing. That is how the companies which actualize the network manufacturing can improve the sharing of the equipments and resources realize the controlling and surveillances and malfunction diagnosis for the Lang Distance equipments, realize the integrating of the data network and the controlling network. Manufacturing Execution System (MES) solve the locale equipment resources sharing, the controlling and surveillances and malfunction of the equipments, and etc. However, there is not enough research in the Manufacturing Execution System (MES) which faces the network. Manufacturing Execution System (MES) is only used as a bridge of the upper management soft wares ERP, MRPⅡand etc. collecting the locale data. So it can limit the usage of Manufacturing Execution System (MES) right smart. Under this background, the article carries the research on the Network Manufacturing Execution System (N-MES).and validate the results on the Flexible Manufacturing Line (FML) in Advanced Manufacturing Station of NEU.The article firstly gives us the definition of MES. However, the concept of Manufacturing Execution System (MES) was put forward only 20 years or so. There isn't a unitive definition up to now. I firstly give the authoritative definition of the Manufacturing Execution System Association (MESA), but there is no concept of the Network Manufacturing Execution System (N-MES). After analyzing the structure of the traditional MES, on one side, the article classifies innovatively the MES into browser/sever and client/severs structures, and analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of the B/S and C/S structures. The Network Manufacturing ExecutionSystem (N-MES) can be realized in the two ways. On the other side, the article classifies the MES in the applications. The article takes researches on the conditions of its experimental object FML that in Manufacturing Station of NEU and its MES. In the same time, it raises the structure of multilayer MES network and the structure of multifunction in the same layer MES network in the Network Manufacturing Execution System (N-MES). Finally it gives us a compound network structure of N-MES, and analyzes that it has more advantages. Then according to the MES of the FML, the article raises the Manufacturing Execution System (N-MES) can realize the network communications through the SOCKET, and analyzes the process of the data communication in the computer language of VC++. At last, it analyzes the structure and of wireless communication and its realizing ways, which is offering the gist of the Automated Guided Vehicle (AGV)'s wireless controlling.The course topic according to the realization theories, gets the network based MES for sever and the MES for the client in VC++, and gives the presentation of its thought way. What's more, it singly analyzes Automated Guided Vehicle (AGV)'wireless in use; Finally, I realize the communication of the sever MES and the client MES through the Flexible Manufacturing Line (FML) in the advanced manufacturing station, and realize the Long Distance operation of the Flexible Manufacturing Line (FML) and its producing conditions'controlling and surveillances.The article takes its research on the makeup of the warehouse, and especially takes the research on the structure of the stacker and its working principle. It analyzes the relationships of the warehouse grid number, the velocity of the stacker and the method that stackers running in different ways. Innovatively applies the dynamic programming method to optimize the way the stackers running.At last, I realize the optimized principle of the warehouse on the Flexible Manufacturing Line (FML). It can divide into three parts. The first part is using the software of GT Commander, realizing the two axis move in coordinate way. Change the distributing of the warehouse grid number to validate the optimistic strategy of the warehouse grid number discussed in the article. At last, I realize the program thought of dynamic programming method, which is optimized the running way of the stackers.
