As a large transport equipment,the ultimate purpose of the design of the belt conveyor is to transport the bulk of the material.In the recent years of rapid social development,both large-scale projects or small and medium-sized projects,with long distance and large capacity and other characteristics of the belt conveyor is gradually becoming the darling of the project,and the demand is increasing The So that the previously designed single-point drive for the invention of the conveyor is a bit outdated,and slowly in the modernization of industrial engineering eliminated.Based on the needs of this background,multi-point drive belt conveyor design and manufacturing has become a matter of course.In this paper,we focus on how to design the whole part of the multi-point drive belt conveyor,and use the effective method to achieve the purpose of increasing the transmission force according to the actual situation.This paper mainly introduces the design method of belt conveyor from three aspects.Conveyor belts as important parts of the conveyor,basically for a long time in the poor environment,and continuous work,so the conveyor belt material,quality and size requirements are important.I through a large number of reading,learn from the basis of previous research,in this conveyor belt for low viscoelastic,elastic deformation of small,high strength of the new material tape applied to the production conveyor belt area.As part of the control of the conveyor,the control system consists mainly of what type of drive is selected,the distribution of the drive in the overall layout,and how to design the parameters of the design drive.And the efficiency of the conveyor and how to maintain good operating conditions are closely related to how the drive module power distribution.Reasonable arrangement of the drive device,in order to improve the efficiency of the conveyor and to achieve the purpose of low energy consumption,and then the conveyor drive device should be arranged reasonable.Multi-point drive belt conveyor "CPU"-control system.Here,I will proceed from the system's driving characteristics,the study of the control part of the conveyor,and relying on a powerful PLC system kept monitoring the operation of each subsystem,the use of LAN prerequisites on the conveyor work process Of the information collected and completed the report to the higher level of work,which can achieve automatic remote control.The article through a coal mine coal accumulation degree,and then determine the accumulation angle.Because the reality of the mining area of the environment is bound to also affect the angle of the conveyor,will certainly affect its efficiency and loss of the situation.According to the working environment changes,different working conditions,by calculating the important mechanical value of the conveyor,such as:driving force,the maximum tension,the minimum tension and braking force for the conveyor belt,motor,brake and other components design,Solid foundation.And further laid the foundation for the overall design process and method of multi-point drive belt conveyor.At the same time the article also comments on the future research program,the use of powerful network system combined with PLC control mode used in the conveyor,is the inevitable trend of modern industrial development.
